Your appointments are very important to us at The Medical Skin Clinic, they are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other patients and for our providers.

Appointment Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to call our office 48 hours prior to your appointment. We can be reached at 603-417-6608.

Appointment cancellations are to be communicated by phone and are not accepted by Facebook, Instant Messenger, or other social media platforms.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. You will be asked to leave a credit card number when making your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not give adequate notice, or you do not show up for your appointment. ‍ Please note: For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account. ‍ Payment plans are available through Cherry and CareCredit. Learn more about them by calling our office. We do not accept insurance plans; however, we are happy to provide you with the information you may need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Some medical procedures may be covered by your FSA account. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement or FSA participation.

No Show Policy:

We require a credit card to hold appointments. If you do not show up for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge your card the value of your appointment up to $250 for missed appointments that are 1 hour or less and any appointment over one hour will be charged $250 per hour up to $500. Some of our consultations are complimentary depending on the service. If you do not show up for a scheduled “free consultation”, you will be charged $100.

Patients who have a prepaid package that fail to show up or cancel within 48 hours of their appointment will then forfeit that treatment from their package.

Day of Appointment:

If you fail to follow the instructions from your provider prior to a procedure, and notify us the day of that you can’t have your scheduled treatment due to not following our directions, we reserve the right to charge your card the value of your appointment up to $250 for appointments that are 1 hour or less and any appointment over one hour will be charged $250 per hour up to $500. 

If you have had any changes to your medical history that affect you getting the procedure and you did not notify us in advance, we reserve the right to charge your card the value of your appointment up to $250 for appointments that are 1 hour or less and any appointment over one hour will be charged $250 per hour up to $500.

Appointment Safety:

For everyone’s safety, children may not be able to join you for certain services. Please call our office prior to your appointment.

Refunds:

Products are non-refundable unless there has been an allergic reaction and they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on pre-purchased services will be at the discretion of management.
