HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE CARE
Home Health & Hospice Care is an organization that has been working for over a century to provide health services to individuals who are disabled, chronically ill, or recovering. Whether it’s through home health care, hospice, Community Hospice House, palliative care, or bereavement, Home Health & Hospice Care works to provide assurance and relief to families throughout 25 different communities in southern New Hampshire through skilled and compassionate staff members, state of the art facilities, and a true love for making a difference and helping individuals of all walks of life find peace and comfort as they approach the end of their lives.
AMERICAN FOUNDATION FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION
Suicide is unfortunately the 10th leading cause of death in the United States and on average, 130 suicides occur every day. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is working to reduce those numbers by raising awareness about the warning signs, offering support and guidance for struggling families and, raising money through donations and events like prevention walks and other community outreach. The ATFS’ main mission is to spread awareness and educate people by getting communities involved through volunteering and fundraising in order to work towards a healthier and happier society.
THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB
The Boys & Girl Club’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their potential as responsible, caring, productive citizens.
They have been running quality youth development programming in the Greater Nashua Area since 1971, and work every day to create a safe, fun environment so that all members have every opportunity to succeed.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua is a local organization we’re passionate about supporting because we believe our youth community is our future and they need our help reaching their potential!
