Halo Laser Resurfacing

Halo™ is a laser resurfacing treatment that can provide comprehensive skin rejuvenation with incredible precision and minimal downtime

How It Works

Halo™ uses two different laser wavelengths to simultaneously target the outer layer (epidermis) and deeper layers (dermis) of the skin. As the handpiece is passed over the treatment site, the light energy from the laser penetrates the skin. The outer layers of damaged skin are removed, and the deeper layers are heated, stimulating the body’s healing response and the production of new collagen. The Halo™ system utilizes a hybrid fractional laser that can emit both ablative (tissue removal) and non-ablative (no tissue removal) wavelengths.

Before & After

Questions? We’ve Got Answers:

You may experience some swelling and skin sensitivity in the treatment area, but these side effects should dissipate over the next few days. During your recovery period, your skin may feel sunburned or slightly irritated. Medication such as TYLENOL® can provide relief.

The skin will be cleansed, and a topical anesthetic will be applied for your comfort. Once the anesthetic has taken effect, the device will measure the depth of the skin in the areas to be treated so that it can adjust accordingly. The laser is then passed over the target site. You will feel a warming sensation as the light energy penetrates the skin. The exact amount of time required will vary depending on the size and number of areas being treated.

More than one session may be required to achieve your aesthetic goals. Two aggressive treatments can provide quick and noticeable results, and long-lasting results can be attained through multiple, milder treatments over the course of several months. HALO™ also pairs well with Forever Young™ BBL and helps qualifying patients obtain superior rejuvenation.
